I am loving my zumba life. I find that doing zumba with some other activities like riding my bike or visiting the gym is the right combination for me. I am not loosing the pounds as fast as I would like. I need a good plan to help balance my blood sugars. Anyone have any suggestions?

I am fortunate to have the Wharton Medical Clinic in my area which is covered by our insurance plan. They have provided me a high protein and high fibre meal plan (not diet) to help with my blood sugars. I find that you can't go wrong when you combine both. There are foods to help increase your protein and fibre on the shelves that you can add to your yoghurt or whatever you are eating. I don't know if that helps but it has definately helped me control my sugars and in three weeks I lost five pounds because I wasn't having to use so much insulin in my body.0
