    As much as I respect the people I originally listed, I realized that by listing them, some others may feel left out - and anyone here who is working hard toward their fitness and health, or who manages to put up with me for an extended period of time, deserves equal respect and praise. Therefore, .... I'm very proud of way too many people to list just a small chunk of names. :heart:

    I know its nice to give everyone a trophy, but there are certain people that I have as go to's for legit informational needs and for fact checking and experience and I find that those that I need on here are my own MVPs

    - and having said that, I have to list Captain_Apollo as well - i have one hell of a badass knowledgeable motivator/neighbor right there, for sure.

    Nodding in agreement as I read this thread......I have met such a great group of people here on MFP and have so many heroes on my FL.

    It would be too difficult to name just one MVP.

    Someone I learned a LOT from, and who now is one of our mods, was Banks. I learned so much from reading his threads. I owe him a debt of gratitude.

    The daily inspiration to stay here and keep working towards an ever-healthier version of myself comes from my Friends List. Those guys are MY MVP's. And I'm proud to see how many other people feel the same by seeing how many of their names have appeared here.
