Introduction and an invitation to friends...

Hey everyone...my name is Chris, I'm 43, I live in the Space Coast area of Florida...transplanted from Massachusetts. I'll keep this short, I love love love to exercise...and I do it a lot...12 workouts a week. I run every morning, average 5 miles (running stats below). In the afternoons I work out in my home...Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays I do Tony Horton's One on One program, 30/15, Just Arms, Diamond Delts. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays I do Shawn T's Insanity program. It keeps me tired and sore...and I love it.

At 6', 225lbs, Austrian framed, I wish that I had the same discipline with eating that I do with working out. I need to drop about 25-30 pounds to be at my (according to several calculators) optimal weight. I've been there before and it's fantastic...I need to stay there or below. I guess the challenge is finding an eating program that I can stick with and that works. That's the new goal.

I'll wrap it up...I'm married to an incredible woman and have a dream-girl daughter...she's nearly 3 and she's with me every morning in her running stroller while I pump out the miles.

    Feel free to add me. Ryan, 28, fellow runner. I started on MFP at 225lbs and now around 190. Get the healthy eating in check and the weight will shed in no time!!
