Has anyone tried this? I'm really tempted to buy it because the promise of a changed body in 60 days sounds exciting. Also, has anyone heard of the Beyond Diet program? Any results? I must share that I have been away from this site for 4 months and gained the 7 pounds I had lost so I encourage everyone to keep track, it helps.

    I don't know about the beyong diet program but the insanity dvd set is AWESOME! If you stick with and eat clean their is no way you should not see results. If you type insanity in the search box people have posted pics for there before and after doing insanity! hope I helped
