What are your opinions on the new release? I absolutely love the warm-up and chest routines and have a love/hate relationship with the lunge track. It's tough but feels great afterward.

What are your thoughts? What's your favorite Les Mills program?

    They have been merciless with the lunge tracks lately. I love it. I'm teaching the lunge track from BODYPUMP 80 tonight, it will be painful :)

    I just started body pump over a month ago...I usually go 3 times a week. Is that the norm or should I go more? Should I skip a day in between? I LOVE the class and hopeful I will see results if I keep this up!

    Also, what do you think the approximate amount of calories burned is? I try to enter and am unsure of how to.

    Three time a week every other day is what is recommended, gotta give your muscles time for recovery or you'll never see progress.

    Calories burned in pump is usually around 500 or so.
