I am new to myfitnesspal so maybe this is here somewhere and I just haven't stumbled over it yet. Is there a way you can set your calories to include or take into account that you are nursing? I know with weight watchers you get a lot more points, but I can't seem to find anything regarding nursing here. Please help. Thanks!
