The Porterhouse Oyster Stout or Glencoe Wild Oat Stout

But you still can't beat a proper Guiness

The best I have ever had though was a nitrogenated "Irish" beer from a micro brew in Travers City MI.
I might head back up there just for the beer
You don't remember the name of it do you? I'm in MI and always looking for some new good craft brew.

I'll get it for you if I remember....if not send me a message

    Smithwicks is my favorite.

My husband's all-time favorite is Eye of The Hawk.

I like Blue Moon and Corona, but I'm really a vodka girl all the way.
  • I can't choose one, but here's my general short list - all on tap, if possible:

    Newcastle
    Boddington's
    Bellhaven
    Smithwick's brown ale

For summer time/hanging out/don't feel like paying wayyy too much for beer, my list changes to pretty much anything Mexican with a lime: Negro Modelo, Corona, Dox Equis, etc.

And I'll take all the IPAs!!!
  • Homebrew. I try to keep 4 on tap. They're high calorie though, so I haven't been drinking them.

and I really like Irish Car Bombs (1/2 pint of Guiness then drop a shot glass of Jameson's topped with Baileys Irish Cream) - tastes like a milk shake.

Left Hand Milk Stout and Stone Smoked Porter. Unfortunately, though, my favorite beer of all time, Champagne Velvet Bock, the pride of Terre Haute, Indiana, is no longer made.
