Hi my name is Kim,

I've been dieting for 5 days now, it's my first real try at it...It's difficult because I have Cerebral Palsy and can't move easily but I'm not going to let that stop me. So I hope to make friends and encourage each other. I'm 54 and in the U.K., so if you feel like it pop in an say hello.
