13 week Weight Loss Journey

This is my first post but I have been reading the message boards for a while, I especially love the ones with before and after results, very motivational!

As of tomorrow, I have 13 weeks until my wedding. When I first met my fiancé, I was 30 lbs lighter. In the past two years, a combination of stress from work, living with a picky eater, being in love and being comfortable with him has assisted me in this weight gain. Also, I'm a lazy person to begin with!

6 months ago I planned to start losing weight for the wedding which obviously didn't happen. Since then, I feel guilty and miserable on a daily basis because I could not get myself going. Constant excuses, laziness and procrastination. Here we're are now, 3 months until the wedding and I am terrified that I will walk down the aisle looking and feeling this way. My fiancé wouldn't care, he sees me as Giselle running down the beach in a skimpy bikini. This is about me and how I want to look and feel on that day. I am posting my journey so hopefully people will motivate me, join me and it forces me to answer to something every day.

I have plotted out my workouts for the next 3 months: 1-2 workouts per day and 1 rest day per week. I will be following Jillian's Body Revolution with some other workouts mixed in like yoga, Pilates, walking/hiking with fiancé, Just Dance on wii, ballet and then in the last month I will add p90x into my workout regime. I am diving in full force because I do not have much choice. as far as diet, I will be following a 1200 calorie daily diet. Going into my second month, I may try calorie "zig zagging" and then in the final month I would like to start the Fat Smash Detox diet.

My goal is to lose inches, tone and feel good. I will be weighing myself but that is not 100% important to me as long as I feel better and see my body changing; I know I will be gaining a lot of muscle so the scale may not move as much as I want. I will weigh in and measure every week, I will take and post pictures 1x a month. I will also post my diet and workouts daily (hopefully!) to keep myself motivated.

Tomorrow starts Day 1: I will post starting pictures, weight, measurements, meals and workouts.

    Today started day 1 of my 13 week journey to the alter. Overall with diet I did well, stuck to my 1200 calories. I didn't work out which is a little disappointing, not a good start. My fiancé and I plan to wake up and go for a walk/jog tomorrow morning. Here are all of my stats as promised:

    Starting Weight: 194 lbs.
    13 Week Goal Weight: 160 lbs.
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 135 lbs

    Measurements:
    Chest: 42"
    Waist: 40"
    Hips: 45"
    Arms: 13", 13.5"
    Thighs: 25.5", 26"

    :-( Ok I cant figure out how to make the pictures work, I'll try again tomorrow...
