Burpees, squats, and mountain climbers..

Yesterday I did a Body Blaster Bootcamp! It consisted of burpees( this is what the intructor called them, not sure if there are other names for these exercises), squats, mountain climbers, and some upper body exercises.

Today.............. I CAN BARELY WALK!!!!!!!!!

Anyone else have this happen? Keep in mind Im a beginner!! HAHAHA

    Oh God I HATE burpees! And mountain climbers! I did them everyday while doing the Bodyrock workouts. There's something called a Ninja Jump Tuck which is so bad, I want to die after the 2nd one! That said, in about 2 weeks, you start seeing definition like you've never seen! Hurts like crazy but sooooo effective.

    Yeah those are killer.
    I can't even begin to do a ninja tuck jump. Isn't that the one where you start on your knees and end up on your feet? No way no how.

    I have yet to meet anyone that likes BURPEES!! They are killer! But they work!
