    I've lost 100 pounds and will be in SHAPE Magazine!!!!

    Hey, all! I've posted my success story a few times on here. I do want to be honest and let you know that I did put some of my weight back on, but I am working on taking it off again. I am specifically looking at lowering my sugar intake (since it's addicting and was a major reason for my gain the past year) and sticking with my exercise program. Anyway, I sent my success story into SHAPE Magazine last year, and I was chosen to be in August 2012's issue as a weight loss success. It'll come out at the end of this month (maybe July 24-26?). Be sure to check me out in there! You'll learn what I did to succeed.

      That is absolutely fantastic! And even though you put some of the weight back on, at least you are working on getting it back off. Sometimes life happens. We just need to adjust. But CONGRATS to you!!!!
