Anyone out there use a green supplement drink? I have done some reading about green smoothies and other green supplements. One good friend swears by Athletic Greens, but I find that it is expensive. Just wondering if anyone has any experience to share.

I put greens in smoothies. The real stuff, not the expensive ground-into-powder stuff. I have a frig, so I can do that. :happy:0

I put greens in my smoothies. Real stuff too. You can't taste them but it changes the colour.0

What these folks said, don't waste your money. Take the time to find a farmers market or another place local where you can get good, fresh produce. Start making your own.
Spinach and strawberries pair well together in smoothies, and spinach can be added with anything. Its lightly sweet, no overpowering taste or anything of the like. Good way to get tons of Vitamin C, iron, folic acid, vitamin k etc.0
