The importance of the measuring tape

Omg! I lost 2 inches from my waist and 1" from my hips in one week! Proof positive folks. The scale has not moved all week. Get out that measuring tape!

That's awesome! I need to get myself one of those! And so true- the scale is almost a false account of weight loss, because if you are weight training and doing any exercise more than you usually would, it may even go up!

I just started NROL4W and plan to start measuring this weekend...my problem is that I'm nervous that I won't measure in the correct spot or the same place every time. Or what if i measuring a little more snug than the last time, etc.... Ugghh, I over-analyze everything!!

Agree totally! It can go either way ... Weight stalling? Tape measure shows a lower number. Weight down? Tape measure stays the same. Strange but true
