So what are your favourite low cal/ low fat recipes/ recipe sites?

I'm in need of some new ideas as I tend to be lazy and keep cooking the same things over and over and it's getting boring! :frown:

The man will eat just about anything, and gets bigger portions as hes far more active than me and a fair bit taller too, but need ideas for things that are reasonably quick to prepare and cook (like under an hour!) :flowerforyou:

Eat yourself skinny! I think it's www.eatyourselfskinny.com but if not you may need to google it (I'm posting from my phone)

I love www.thegraciouspantry.com - the recipes are healthy and easy. There is a great variety too.

If you want a healthy dessert option - www.chocolatecoveredkatie.com is a great site.

I have several of Tosca Reno's cookbooks and the recipes are sooo good! Here is her site: http://www.eatcleandiet.com/recipes.aspx

    Hope these help!!

  • I find recipes from www.orientalrecipes.net really easy to cook, for example you can cook this flat bread or tufahya as dessert, it's really yummy and you don't need more than like 1 hour to cook those dishes.
