    Oh my, your friend Ed has some real motivation and has truly transformed himself, I can only pray for him to get everything he deserves in the future. (I admit it I teared up over this story)

    Thank you for sharing this! I had bone-on-bone pain in my knee, too. I had surgery to clean it out in 2010 and have been having a hard time ever since. It's good to hear that you can bounce back from that. I'm only three weeks into my journey to a lighter me, but I'm feeling better already. Thanks!
