    We did not get where we got to over night and we will not get where we want to be that way either. One day at a time, one pound at a time is how we gained.....and how we will loose. When you have those bad days where your resolve is weak, just think to yourself "I need to do something today that my future self will thank me for" and then move on. If you waiver....forgive yourself, forget it and get back in the game. You can do this....you have already proven that!!!
