    I'm 54...still say that's middle aged, although I'm still a kid at heart! I've been on the low fat diet thing almost all my life, and now trying the low carb thing ala South Beach. The first few days I lost a lot of water, but now the loss has slowed. I'm still excited to be here and looking forward to a slimmer me!
