hi, i have just attempted my first day of 30 day shred. Boy was that workout hard, i was just wondering if anybody else struggled with this at first and wether it actually does get easier the more you do it.

I dont actually have the dvds as i have no money right now as my husband is not working, so i just used youtube. is it right that you do 10 days of level 1, the move on to level 2 for 10 days and the finally level 3 for 10 days?

Would love some insight from anyone who has completed this if it does get easier and if they seen any changes in their body after completing it.

Emma

I did 30DS eding about a month ago. It gets easier I swear! It's amazing how strong your body becomes - By the time you get to day 20 and start level 3, you'll look back on level 1 and think it's a piece of cake! Just keep up your motivation and stick with it, your muscles will adapt. And yes you do approximately 10 days of each level, but I think if a level stops being challenging you should probably move up at that point. Good luck :)

Yes, that is correct. I about died the first few times, Jillian is as pushy-mean on the DVD as she is in real life...lol! Also, another option since you cannot buy is requesting exercise DVD's from the library and checking them out. This is a good way to decide what is worth purchasing and what isn't. Good luck & Hang in there!!

I have done it twice all the way through..Believe me it gets much easier usually by day five of each level. The first time through I took one day off a week the second time through I just did it as often as I could. Good luck!

I just tried to do my first day on Level 1. Wow! That was hard! I had to stop a lot. I have osteopenia so I'm a little worried about all the jumping and the possibility of stress fractures. I'm going to stay with it. I'm turning 60 this year and I need to get in shape just so I can function better.
