Protein Fluff w/ Trutein??

I'm awaiting my order of Cinnabun Trutein (coming Monday, YAY!!) and was wondering if anybody has used Trutein to make protein fluff? The last couple times I tried making protein fluff was with whey protein, because I've yet to find a casein protein that I like the taste of... unfortunately, casein just naturally has the thickness you need to produce a lovely fluff, so needless to say, my whey protein fluff failed miserably lol

Trutein has 40% casein... will that be enough to produce the thickness/fluffiness?? If not, what else can I add to the fluff to make it fluffy, and NOT compromise the Cinnabun flavor??

    i have no idea what protein fluff is. LOL i hope you find an answer :smile:

    you can make it with any protein powder. just put ice and water or almond milk (or whatever milk you prefer) with 1/8 teaspoon of xantham gum and blend. You can also add vanilla, or splenda or any other extract for flavor. Hope this helps.
