Yes it is good. I make something similar but add Onion Powder along with the other items you have listed. I don't need the egg whites. The hot sauce is enough to make the bread crumbs stick. Taste great0

Thanks sooo much wings are my favorite food but at 75 calories each it just wasn't happening lol, I had 5 boneless wings at Chilis the other night 750 cals. I was shocked... again thanks!!!0
