I was looking into getting the dvd, but i'm just wondering, i've heard there's different stages of it, are they all included in the dvd? and being a 30 day thing, is it the same work out for 30 days, or is it something different, say on day 5 from day 8? Thank you

The DVD includes all 3 levels. You start at Level 1... and move up to level 2 and then to level 3. I believe it's 10 days each level and they all follow the same premise (3 mins strength, 2 mins cardio, 1 min abs) but are different routines.0

This is exactly right. The first ten days (Level 1) are all the same thing and so on and so forth for Levels 2 and 3 (I never made it that far, but am going to attempt again starting tomorrow)! And let me tell you, it is a love hate relationship with Jillian. But I've seen it produce amazing results for people. You can get it for around $12 at your local Target.0 -

thanks a lot!! I've been curious how it works. I heard she's brutal but motivating, that's really what I need to get my fat butt moving!0 -
It's like, 30 minute workouts each time right? Is it just kind of a cycle of the stregnth, cardio, and abs?0

Twenty minutes! A quick warm up then 3 rounds of 3-2-1 (3min strength, 2min cardio and 1min abs) and then a cool down stretch.0

I'm on the last day of Level 2 and the difference in 19 days is amazing. It's definitely not "easy," but I can tell that I'm a lot stronger than when I started. And it's given me a tiny waist and killer quads already! I'm petrified of Level 3, though. It looks intense! The workouts haven't gotten too repetitive because I only spend 10 days on each level. I'm concentrating on doing the more advanced moves instead of getting bored with them. I definitely recommend this one. One suggestion: You might be sore after the first few days--just keep going! I was SORE after the first workout, but I made myself do it. After the fourth or so day, the soreness just disappeared. It may not seem like it, but it will definitely better. Good luck! I love Jillian!0
