I have been doing well with my protein and carb intake, however the one that always seems to get me is fat. I am trying to find good sources of healthy fat, but having trouble. The most common from what I understand is cottage cheese, but I just cannot eat it. The smell and texture make me gag! What are some other sources?

cook with a good olive oil, that's an easy way to add fats. also agree with the above suggestions. try other nut butters besides just pb too.0

Salmon, grass-fed (not factory farmed) beef (has more omega-3 fatty acids), olive oil, olives, nuts.0

I believe oily fish is best. Salmon, Mackerel etc0

Just take a fish oil supplement. Then add avacodo, olive oil, nuts, etc. to fill in the rest.0

I cook (mostly my eggs) in coconut oil.0

Salmon. Now it's the season for Copper river/Steel Head/Coho River. You can get these at Costco at pretty decent price. Here is my recipe. And I am a sucker for sushi. I alter my menu a bit so here it is:
For each 2 LB of Salmon you use 3 table spoons of Kosher coarse salt and 1 table spoon of Splenda. Apply to Salmon, keep in room temperature for 4 hours. Drain excess liquid as it comes out from Salmon. Store it in a fridge and after 24 hours you will enjoy pretty decent meal and great source of Omega 3
