Finally seeing a difference...down 63lbs in 9 months

You know over the years having friends and family lose weight I could always see it and could never figure out why they couldn't. Now being in those same shoes I have lost 63lbs, and finally can start to see a small difference. Its crazy to me because at this point I get complimented all the time on how great I look, how much I have lost, and its time to stop losing.
Well I started in October at 275lbs.......I am currently at 212 with the ultimate goal of 175...leaves me 37lbs more to go...Cant wait till I hit that goal.
Started at a 38Inch waist and xl-xxl shirts....Down to 33 inch waist and medium to large shirt!
First two pictures are from 9 months ago, and the last two were taken two days ago.
