Hey guys! So I know its a little late but I've finally decided to try to tone up and lose maybe 10-15 lbs for the summer. I have tons of free time on my hands now that I'm done with school for the summer so any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

    You need to start logging in your food and make friends for support... tips will come along the way

    Are you planning to exercise? If so, you should check out www.fat2fitradio.com to calculate BF, BMR, TDEE, etc. and decide your cal goals. If you aren't going to change up your exercise routine much, then its probably safe to use MFP's cal goals and set it to lose 1 lb. per week. Good luck! Wish I only had 10-15 more lbs to go, lol

    lol thank you! I've actually started running 45 mins at least 4 times a week and dusted off my moms Slim in 6 DVD haha. I think the hardest obstacle for me is eating healthier since I love food lol. But I have been doing pretty good this week. :)
