I found this recipe and decided to try it....was DELISH. Perfect for summer and goes great with turkey burgers. Wanted to share with you all:
You will need:
1 avacado
Fat free sour cream
Salsa
Lime juice
Cilantro
Cut your avacado in half, remove pit. Place avacado on grill for 3 to 5 minutes, remove. Put a TBSP of salsa (where the pit used to be) and about a TBSP of sour cream. Sprinkle some chopped cilantro and top it of with some lime juice. Really simple to make and super delish!

I know this is a dumb question but it sounds like you are leaving the skin on? Do you grill it then skin side down to the heat?0

You leave the skin on and just place the green part on the grill, so skin side up.
And your welcome SPNLuver!
