Do You Reward Yourself?

What have you done/plan to do to celebrate your weight loss?
I have decided that when I reach 50 pounds lost, I am going to do something I always wanted to do, but always felt that I was too heavy to....ROCK CLIMBING! (Never wanted to trust someone on the ground holding my weight in the air)

I have different rewards for different goals. When I lost 20 pounds I had a mani/pedi done at a really expensive place. When I hit 199 I am going to treat myself to a fitbit.0

Rock climbing is great fun, the holding weight isn't a problem at all as the equipment is designed to allow you to hold easily. The problem comes when you are climbing with someone a lot heavier than you as when they come down you go up0 -
Yup I do. For 50 lbs lost I got a fitbit; for 100 lbs lost I got an iPad. Not sure what I will do for 150 lbs gone maybe a new tattoo or a bicycle. Goal will be a new wardrobe and an elliptical so I have something to keep it on track with.0

I just always bought new clothes and donated the old ones.
Felt so good knowing that I reached a size I didn't even think was possible.0 -
I absolutely reward myself. I buy things I really want to help me in my journey (new headphones, workout clothes, running shoes, etc), and then I set goals to earn them! Right now I'm looking at an awesome soccer jersey (Nederland!) I picked up. It's a size too small, and I'm almost in it! It's a double reward. I feel good about dropping a size and I get to wear NEDERLAND!0

Rewarding yourself is motivation to reach your goals. I had my daughter and husband write down prizes on a piece of paper and put them in little gift boxes. Every time I lose 10 lbs I open a box to reveal my prize. My first prize was a salad spinner with a mandoline. Absolutely love it. Now working towards my next 10 lbs.0

I wish I could, but I don't have the money.
Besides, looking and feeling better is its own reward.0
