Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Put up the Christmas lights outside

What would I have done differently? Stay within my calories and workout

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and workout.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Almost, the I had a few "Oatmeal bars" from the vending machine. But it was better then that usual cookies, chips and or sodas :)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I choose my meal with complete thought into what I was eating. Verses what I wanted to eat.

    What would I have done differently? Had more healthy snacks on hand.

    What is today's personal goals? Purchase some health snacks and cereals for breakfast.

    Got in a little exercise, although still feeling like crap. Actually felt a little better afterward, getting my crampy muscles stretched.

    What would I have done differently?
    Nothing. I'm content.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within my calories, get to the gym, drink water.
  • Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Eh, I didn't go over my calories, but did have a bit too much candy while I was at work.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, I was well under my calories and worked out twice (AM & PM).

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Made sure I stayed in a good mood at work despite the fact that I wasn't feeling well.

    What would I have done differently? I would NOT have eaten that candy -- peanut butter M&Ms and two packages of gummi lifesavers. ha!

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and workout at least once today (kinda crazy day today!).

    What would I have done differently? Did not snack before dinner on cheese and crackers we had leftover from company staying with us!

    Went for a walk during my son's practice instead of just sitting there like I usually do

    less snacks

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No, I went over a bit. It was my first day back, and I ate pretty much like normal and I was shocked to see how many calories I ate!

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No, I went over, and I wish I had worked out a little more.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I got started! No time like the present.

    What would I have done differently? Stayed within my calories.

    What is today's personal goals? To burn at least 300 calories and stay within my allotment.

    what did I do that I was proud if- my boss eats all the time and weighs 105 lbs she brings out the piggy in me, but we did inventory last night and since I had already had dinner, I had a protein water mixy thingy instead of the 1/2 dozen cookies she ate, and left the other half for me.

    what would I do differently- I could probably drink more water

    What are my goals today- I am home today so, no fast food. I have deli meat and wheat wraps in the fridge, and a long walk wile my daughters at school should do me good.

    Stayed away from the fast food while we went shopping last night.

    What would I have done differently?
    I should have worked out but I was way to tired after not getting any sleep on Sunday night.

    Stay within my calories and exercise tonight.
