First off, we had a family emergency recently (Mother-in-law passed away) and I haven't been able to record my weight since June 18th. However, I'm home now and on Monday's weigh-in, even though I was away from home and dealing with issues, my ticker will read 14 pounds lost instead of it's current 10; I weighed this morning at 207.4 lbs.

Anyway, I started this journey May 1st at 221 pounds (by March's picture I think I was even heavier then), and even though the rest of me is SLOWLY slimming down, my face is really starting to show some improvement. Seriously, I feel like I'm floating on air right now, because even though I'm still fat/obese/what-have-you and nowhere near my goal, I'm looking in the mirror and finally not hating who I see. I'm telling you, I've only lost 14 pounds but it just feels So. Damn. Good!
