P90X LEAN???

All those people out there doing P90X, could you explain to me what P90X LEAN is? I'm doing it and just completed my first week. I've just been adding another workout besides the P90X workout for my day. I do running/jogging or zumba. Is this correct?

    P90X Lean is for those who don't want to "bulk up" or gain huge muscles in the program, so it focuses on cardio more than the strength building part

    Edit: As long as your not over trainning, eating back your calories, and logging everything. I don't see an issue... but if you start feeling fatiged I would stop one of the two or more workouts your doing
  • p90x is a program, it's 6 days a week and if you do it you really don't need to do other exercises. It's a good program, I'm on a second round of it and am 51 pounds down, I'm a lot more limber and becoming strong!

    P90X Lean is, just like others said, designed to make you lose fat and get you lean. I've done it and saw some great results.
