I had started making body building a goal about two years ago, and then I get sick which derailed... well, everything!
I've decided I really want to get back into it. I remember how much I loved the gains and how good it felt to lift heavy. I'm hoping I can find some other like minded people on here? Feel free to friend me!

Hi,
I seem to have the uncommon talent of gaining and losing at the same time:
from January 2009-May 2009 I went from being 195 pounds to 185 and drive from a size 38 jeans to size 33, which means that I gained a heck of a lot of muscle in that time frame. I actually feel better about seeing muscle than I do seeing fat go away. I lift to see muscle so motivating.0 -
I used to be really into weightlifting years back but you know how life gets in the way sometimes... Well I've been back for a few months now but only been on the site for a few weeks. I've been doing cardio up until last week and I've been feeling so great that I'm back doing wieghts as well. If you need a buddy in texas just hit me up. Good luck!0
