I downloaded this app awhile back, but haven't utilized it until now. I am 23 years old and have an 8 month old daughter. I really need some advice about weight loss. How many calories should I be eating daily? Do I track my workouts? I'm very new to this. O am a former hula and Tahitian dancer and have never had issues losing weight until now.
Here are my stats and TIA!
5' 4" tall 185 lbs., planning to workout 4 times a week.
I should mention I had my daughter via csection and as a result my core is jacked up!.

The app should calculate that for you.
I selected my current weight and goal and selected how many pounds a day you want to lose then it tells you the number of calories to eat.
I also found some low cal fast food options0 -
Welcome Ricalde, once you put in your goals it will let you know how many calories to eat. The main thing to be successful is to track EVERYTHING, workouts and food intake. Good luck0

Thanks everyone, I got confused because as I browsed around and did some research I came across people that say to "eat more to weigh less" and i think it through me off!0
