There must be others as sad as me!

I have spreadsheets for:

Weights routines
Weight chart
Fat chart
BMI & TDEE
Protein per calories for favourite food
Logging my HRM
Cycling routes/calories burnt

What have you guys got spreadsheets for?

I have a ridiculous spreadsheet. My other MFPals think I'm weird/crazy because of it. I just consider myself to be an analytical person who is moved by statistics

    1. Compendium of Physical Activities, with built-in BMR/BMI calculator (male/female) based on height/weight
    2. Step/speed calculator
    3. Alcohol calorie estimates based on ABV
    4. Beer calorie estimates based on OG and ABV

The first one's public & available here:

A compendium sounds so much better than mine!

Dude, you're okay. I had graphs and trend lines showing me when I'd hit what weight and BF %.
