    I am. Leominster/Fitchburg area. Work in Worcester.

    Story? Once upon a time I was thin and fit. Then I got married and became a dad (twice)...the meant not much time for myself and what time i did have I spent eating. Never extremely heavy but cursed with the "family belly". Found MFP last august, kicked butt til Xmas, added about 4 lbs back and now back to taking things seriously.

    The end.

    just decided after taking a break and eating whatever i wanted it was time to be fit...and i found a new favorite thing! RUNNING! i've done 2 5ks in 2 months and it really gives me much needed ME time. =D

    Born and raised in Everett but now live in West Peabody. I am 42.

    A plantar injury and slower metabolism had me gaining a few pounds a year until I was 20 pounds over where I wanted to be. Being active helped but keeping my calories under 1450 a day had me shedding 17 pounds in about 4 months. I've maintained my weight loss for the past two months.
