help iam new!

Hi iam brand new to MFP i joined a couple of months ago but then decided to follow slimming world! i have infact been doing slimming world for year and have been the same weight since 2010! Iam a typical yo yo dieter! I have been to see a dietician at my doctors who has given me a calorie allownce of 1800 as i excersie or try to 3 times a week. So any tips or advice woulf be fab as i need ro re-edicate myself how to eat healthy balanced meals I also love love wine i think the main reason iam over weight! its loaded with calories!!

You will find tons of stuff here. You will of course have to find what works for you the best. Take advise you think you can use and leave the rest. Of course you may want to note it all until you can find something that works well for you. Good luck
