i'm not in UK so i can't really help but i just look for ones that say lower sodium (those are sometimes lower in sugar too)
amazon.com (or .co.uk for you i guess) has some good stuff too.0 -
No I mean like... table sauces, like ketchup, salad cream, and mayonnaise etc.0

Salsa instead of ketchup, Geek yogurt instead of cream and Guacamole instead of mayo.0

I use mustard instead of ketchup or mayo on most things. There are some great tasting salad dressings that are VERY low in cals and sugars, just have to research what;s available in your area.0

I have learned to use fat free greek yogurt in place of sour cream, with vanilla for sweet sauces, with Ranch powder to make Ranch dip/dressing, salsa on salad instead of other dressing, and avocado as a sandwich spread. Good luck!0

Tahini makes a good salad dressing, and it's low in calories. Lemon juice is also good, especially with olive oil if you can afford the calories.0

Unfortunately if you purchase something low in fat, it will make up for the loss with added sugars/alternative sugars
If you purchase something low in sugar, the more alternative sugars and chemicals are added.
If you purchase low calorie, you could have an increase of sugars, alternative sugars, preservatives and who else know what else!
You are much better off making your own or finding a recipe to try that is from natural foods/ingredients...0 -
