when is best to excersice info

While browsing the web i found this

i though it was quite interesting, and i have to say that it totaly matches my experiences, i work out about 1h after dinner everyday. and finds that it makes me feeling not hungry fr hours after that.

if i dont work out, i'll be starving 2 hours after dinner. witch leds me to want to much.

    If I do not work out first thing in the morning. I do not work out. People try to get me to change to shake up my body but I just can't do it. It's the morning or I skip it. So I work out in the morning.

    my feeling is whenever you can ....do it! lol

    I was a rise and shine and out the door gal before I had my son....now I'm after dinner w/ him or an after he goes to bed kinda gal....

    I get that feeling you both do either way...and feel like the same results so basically my advice for what its worth...(going rate is ah .02 I hear:ohwell: ) just do it when you can!!
