This is my first day just thought I'd say hello. I joined because I am not happy with my current weight seeing as It is the most I have ever weighed and I know that I am happier when I weigh a little less. My goal is 120, which shouldn't be too hard. I don't really watch what I eat normally and I feel like I should. Anyways, I just want to healthier and happier :)
