Usually just skim or soy milk with a scoop of vanilla whey protein and a handful of frozen berries. If I want it a little more filling I will add low carb yogurt. If it's chocolate powder I add a scoop of peanut butter. However, peanut butter can be pretty high in calories.

I'm looking for some new ideas too though. My friend just invested in some of that powdered peanut butter, it has less calories and she loves it.. I might have to give that a try.

    What about you?

my fav lately is my Red smoothie:

1 scoop of EAS vanilla protein
    1 cup 1%milk
    6 strawberrys
    handful of rasberrys
    2-3 slices of tomato
    1/2 avacado
1 slice (bout 1 1/2 inch thick) of red bell pepper
    8ish baby carrots
1/2 a small container of vanilla greek yogart

Put in belender. I prefer to freeze my fruits and veggies before hand (it will have more of a "smoothie" thickness to it).
