Stretch Marks

After loosing A LOT of weight a few years ago (was 105 pounds) and gaining a lot of weight in my freshman year of college (now 180 pounds) I got a lot of white and some red stretch marks. I am on my own strict diet and exercise plan now and I want to know if there is anything that you recommend I use to help these marks go away? I'm scared that they won't go away and even after I lose a lot of weight I still won't be able to wear a bikini again! :(

The sucky thing about stretch marks is that they never completely go away :( But the best thing to do it to keep them moisturized. I have some, and I rub cocoa and shea butter on them daily. It helps!!! In time they will fade to a ligther, whitish color. There's also bio-oil but I don't know if it works and there some more heavy duty cream called tri-something?

Trilastin! and there's also Mederma. But these are pretty costly too

Even though I lost some weight I still have stretch marks on various parts of my body. If you are not tan I would get a little sun so they are less noticeable to you. I've never had anyone say "hey look at your stretch marks" but I get self-conscious. I've heard that when you take a shower get your loofah or whatever you use with body wash and make circular motions in the area you have stretch marks in it can make it less noticeable. Don't know if it works lol but you can try it. I also agree with the lotion thing. Cocoa butter is great!

I say leave em. They're not stretch marks. You're a goddamned tiger whose earned her stripes.

    (I read that somewhere.)

    BTW, I'm a guy.
