Goddammit. Another misleading title.
Anyway;
12 weeks old.
Just over a year old.
What kind of dog is this? What a cutie!
I have to second this. I am dying to know what breed(s) this gorgeous dog is! Looks like a husky or malamute crossed with some sort of wire-haired breed...?
Sorry for the repetitive picture quoting but this dog looks like my Siberian Husky, Standard Poodle mix. I got really excited when I saw it because it's such a strange mix but she has similar fur as a puppy and an adult. Our dog is all white though with a grey mask. Great looking dog!0 -
There's a whole lotta AWWWWWW in this thread! :bigsmile:
This is Stitch, my 10 yr old Shepherd/Lab mix.
This is Dolly, my 3 yr old Pit/JRT mix. She was my last foster. She'd already adopted me, so when her adopters realized she was miserable with them, they returned her 3 days later.

She's a little smaller than a regular Sibe. Very light dog with thin legs beneath the fur and a deep chest and she can run for hours, jump over 8 ft from sitting and dig like a JCB with her snow-paws.
In terms of temperemant, she was a nippy puppy but when she was about 3 months, she nipped me and I bit her back, on the ear. She's never nipped again. I couldn't risk letting her develop biting tendencies as she has a lock jaw. And with the husky in her, telling her no wasn't doing the trick. Now, she's a massive dork who likes to play silly games with her paws and tug games. Never shown aggression to another human or dog. Does chase squirrels and birds, but the only thing she ever caught was a dormouse that came in from our garden. She likes cats but doesn't understand why they won't play with her when she rolls on her back for them. She ignores children altogether and is very gentle with smaller dogs, even if they nip and chase her.
Also, if she's feeling like you need a hug and you ignore her, puts two paws up on you and gives you one anyway :P0 -

As a vegetarian, I don't find it amusing at all. I find it sick. Glad you enjoyed the laugh, though.0 -
you want dog pictures? I got dog pictures! I have 2 Great Danes... love them, can't wait to get my show dane!
This is Sprocket, we believe he just turned a year old, we got him from Great Dane Rescue of the Ozarks. He was found wandering in traffic in Springfield, MO
This is Ximmy (pronounced Zimmy) she is a 2 1/2 year old rescue from a back yard breeder, when we got her she had a big burn mark on her muzzle.
