Are you loud or quiet?..

When you're at the gym.. if you have a partner for those vigorous workouts.. do you mind being loud at the top of the effort.. or do you like to be quiet?..... would he/she scream at you too for that maximum intensity?

Would you care if you are loud and the surroundings might get uncomfortable?..

If you do some training alone... would you be loud too or just keep it inside?..

I think it comes to about a medium level, but I'm also the get in and get done type.

I'm always quiet, I focus everything I have on what I'm doing. It doesn't matter if people around me are loud.
I guess I do get a little inspired when I hear someone roar as the put up a huge stack of weights though

No reason for me to get loud at the gym, IMO. Besides, I hate drawing attention to myself.

At the gym.... Quiet. Except for when I had a trainer. He yelled at me and I was pissed at myself and him and yelled back. Then it felt good so I got rowdy every time.

I'm very quiet in the gym. I wouldn't lift anything that would cause me to grunt. We have little monitors that tell us to be quiet.

Plus... I save being loud for other vigorous activities

I work with a trainer.. we laugh and giggle and I whine a lot sometimes LOL. We keep it pretty much to ourselves tho. I'm pretty sure it doesn't disturb anyone else. Occasionally he'll say move a little louder than necessary when I'm stalling because I'm tired. I was doing a whole lot of distance jumping Friday during our workout and noticed some abnormal grunting. After about 20 jumps it was incredibly hard to clear that distance. The grunting helped I think o_O.

I don't have a work out partner as far as this type of working out. So quiet.

I am a loud. I like to use directional words (now, faster, just like that, oh my god, yesss) to inspire my partner to dig a little deeper. When I lose all inhibitions at the gym, and have a profound muscular contraction I let out a few moans....

I'm quiet at the gym. I just throw on my ipod and escape into my own little world for the duration of my workout.
