Small snacks

What are some good things to have for small snacks? I use to eat pistaccios all the time and many other things but since I'm watching what I eat I'm not really sure anymore. I bought some Special K bars but I want to be able to have some other stuff here and there. I'd like to be able to have some kind of nuts or something or anything good if its in range with good calories.

My absolute fave...the produce section of my grocery store has 100 calorie packs of guacamole that I eat with Special K chips or crisps or whatever they are called. You can eat a ton of them for about 100 calories. In fact, I usually eat half a serving of the chips with 1 pack of guacamole.0

I have cheese on vita wheat crackers or a small bag of popcorn is about 90cals, or sometimes just a piece of fruit will do the trick.0
-
Yoghurt with frozen berries/nuts (Quite a small bowl for 100cals but the berries are very low in cals and provide loads of antioxidants!)
Fruit
Crackers/Ryvita with low-fat soft cheese/cottage cheese
Cereal bars (alpen light and weetabix oaty both taste fab!)
Melba toast
Vegetable sticks (celery/carrots) with houmous/cottage cheese
or even just a hard boiled egg seems to satisfy my mid-afternoon hunger pangs!0 -

My favourite snacks under 100 cals:
- Almonds (about 10 or 12)
- Hommus with celery or carrot sticks
- 1 slice of reduced fat cheese (Coon light is my fave) or a mini Babybel, the reduced fats one is pretty good
- 1 apple or mandarin or smallish persimmon or small/medium banana or strawberries or grapes - just about any fruit really.
- Home made banana bread (search the recipe section, you'll find it)
- home made cafe latte (coffee with frothed skim milk)
- home made mocha (coffee powder and unsweetened cocoa powdered dissolved in a bit of hot water with skim milk added)
- Black Swan greek style low fat yoghurt - 100g is around 100 cals. Don't get the no-fat, it's not as nice.
- Boiled egg
- 50g honey cured ham
- cherry tomatoes, snow peas, raw cauliflower, lightly steamed broccoli, celery, carrot.
- 1/4 baked sweet potato
- 4 water crackers with a slice of reduced fat cheese and 2 cherry tomatoes halved.
Or, for a few more cals (between 100 - 200)
- 1 slice of grainy bread with peanut butter
- 1 fruit/spice english muffin with half a banana
- cheese and vegemite sandwich (grainy bread with half slice cheese and vegemite)
- home made choc chilli beetroot muffins (packet choc cake mix with a pureed tin of beetroot and some chilli flakes, choc chips and sultana)
- home made savoury muffins (with grated zucchini and carrot, rolled oats, parmesan cheese, eggs, whole grain flour, sunflower seeds)
- mini omelette (one egg, grated cheese, mushroom or tomato)
- tortilla rollup - one egg scrambled with some baby spinach mixed in, rolled up in a mini tortilla
- be natural muesli bars
- 25g mixed nuts from the vending machine (very salt but very good, I just have to eat half a pack and put the rest away for later!)
- crackers with reduced fat cream cheese and smoked salmon (OK, this is not my favourite, I hate smoke salmon, but my husband loves it)0 -
Hummus and veggies (nomnom)
100 pack of oreos (occasionally, not all the time.)
greek yogurt0
