1 year laer: 34 lbs lost! (Pic heavy)

I'm not sure what to say in these, so here we go:

It has now been a year that I've fully committed to losing weight and getting my eating habits under control.

I had 'originally' signed up in 2010, but crashed and burned pretty quickly and stopped logging. Then last July, while walking on a break at work, I found that I could barely make it back up the stairs!!! I was frustrated with myself and decided enough was enough. I popped in 30 Day Shred and haven't looked back since.

Honestly, I can't see that much of a difference, but lots of people I haven't seen in a while have said that I look a lot lighter.

I'm not done yet -- still have about 10 pounds to go!

SW: 178.6
CW: 144.4
GW: 135.0

47.8 inches lost all over!

I am starting a keto diet next, to support my boyfriend on his weight loss journey, and to hopefully lose the last 10-ish pounds.

    WTG you can def. tell a difference. We don't see it at first because we concentrate on the weight so much and look so often that it looks the same to us. i can't wait to get to 30 lbs gone. Keep up the good work and good luck on the last 10 lbs..you can do it..
