I'm not sure what to say in these, so here we go:
It has now been a year that I've fully committed to losing weight and getting my eating habits under control.
I had 'originally' signed up in 2010, but crashed and burned pretty quickly and stopped logging. Then last July, while walking on a break at work, I found that I could barely make it back up the stairs!!! I was frustrated with myself and decided enough was enough. I popped in 30 Day Shred and haven't looked back since.
Honestly, I can't see that much of a difference, but lots of people I haven't seen in a while have said that I look a lot lighter.
I'm not done yet -- still have about 10 pounds to go!

47.8 inches lost all over!
DISCLAIMER: Please excuse the silly/mean faces I'm making in some of these, and my lack of make up -- Some of these were taken after a workout and I was concentrating!!
7/7/2011:
VV After my first workout!! VV
VV Yesterday -- 7/7/2012 34.2 lbs later VV
I am starting a keto diet next, to support my boyfriend on his weight loss journey, and to hopefully lose the last 10-ish pounds.

Oh my!! So many responses!! Thank you SO MUCH everyone!!
To answer a couple questions: I am not terribly tall at all; I'm only 5' 5.5" --pretty average I guess.
The keto diet is very new for me; the bf and I are starting it together. It's basically a high fat/high protein/low-carb diet. Sometimes lovingly called the 'Bacon diet". You basically eat fatty meats and cheeses, lots of non-carb vegetables and berries and nuts. No breads, sugary fruits or milk. I think the idea is that, since you aren't eating carbs to burn for energy, your body will be burning the fat instead.
The premise for the diet is unlike anything I've heard of before, but the documentary "Fathead" gives a pretty good summary of what the diet entails, though it isn't explicitly promoting the keto diet at all.
So far, since starting on Saturday, I've lost 2 lbs -- which I know is mostly water weight, but still incredibly encouraging!0 -
Your looking good! Amazing difference in the pictures:) Your hard work is showing off! Congrats & keep up the good work.0
