Howdy!

I'll be 49 in August and am told by many older, healthy women that the 50s and 60s were the best years of their lives because they had finally let go of all of the emotional weight they had been carrying all of their lives. Of course, if you are storing all of that emotional baggage in physical weight, the 50s and 60s are likely to be a living HELL!

If I keep doing what I'm doing at the moment, I'm headed straight toward HELL!

THEREFORE!!!

I intend to turn my life around. I'll turn it upside down!

With the rat, tat, tat, tat, tat, tat on the drums.

Hey!!

My wife and I are approaching 50 - at 47 we have a few years to go yet mind you!

In the future we can be overweight and struggle to walk around Milan, Amsterdam, London, New York on our city breaks. Struggle to play football and run around with our grand children, buy clothes because we have to rather than because we think we still look good, and resign to never looking how we want to again......

Or we can keep fit and remain slim and look forward to the rest of our lives together. We're determined!
