Not new here just dealing with some new health issues. Been gone awhile need support on Candida, I have and over growth that has stopped my thyroid from doing its job.

    Hi

    I am currently on the candida diet for the 4th time but this time seem to be sticking to it better than before. I suddenly put on 3 stones several years ago and could not figure out why. I blamed it on the depo injection but in hindsight it was candida.

    I ahve now lost 32 pounds in total and am aiming to lose another stone to get back to my previous wait.

    the diet is hard but I feel so much better on it.

    if you need any advise/suggestions let me know. I have done a lot of research on it.
