Blood pressure today was down to 129/77

Used to be high 140's over high 90's

    As someone who is trying to get off BP meds through diet/exercise/weight loss -- YES. I definitely think this counts as an NSV. And, since it's such an integral part of your health, it's probably more important than a SV. Way to go!

    In my eyes, any "victory" that comes with weight loss, but is not related to the scale is a NSV.

    I've had borderline high BP since my first pregnancy induced hypertension, now down to 115/75, which makes me :happy:

    I would say that health related NSV's such as this are MUCH more worth bragging about than appearance related ones.

    That's super awesome! I would love to get my blood pressure down. I haven't had it checked in a long time but I'm hoping my eat habits have helped fix it.... Even with a healthy wait I'm ALWAYS pushing 160. :frown:
