So I've been working on losing weight for some time now - over the last 2 years - I've kept off like 25 lbs, which makes me happy.

Very recently, I went pants shopping for some summer stuff, and I'm down a size. I could not believe it. I tried on a pair of jeans from college and I could button, zip and sit down! This was huge as I haven't been able to do that in maybe 10 years.

My biggest NSV came on my vacation over the last 10 or so days. I was able to ride on 4 airplanes and not have to ask for a seatbelt extender. The bigger planes weren't that much of a surprise to me, but yesterday, I got on two small regional jets. In all my adult life - I've never flown on one without needing a seatbelt extender. Yesterday - got on 2 - and buckled the standard seatbelt. I was so happy I wanted to cry. Its motivated me to keep going - my body shape is changing through more exercise and better eating, even if the scale is not yet showing the numbers!

    That has to feel incredible! NSV are so much better than scale one IMO.

    ^^^ This! I "borrowed" a seat belt extender and kept it in my carryon because I hated the embarrassment to ask for one. I was able to stop using it months ago and it is an awesome feeling to know you no longer need it!
