Does anyone know if these are similar products?
I live in a small town, and the closest one with an "arc trainer" is about a 30 mins away at a Y or a Goodlife.
Anytime Fitness has opened in our area and they have a AMT they said...
Im wondering if it's similar?

I tried googling both but really cant tell as I havent used either the AMT just really looks like a fancy elliptical to me
thanks

Hi there! The Arc has a arc-shaped range of motion that differs from an elliptical, and it helps reduce the amount of force on your joints. The AMT stands for adaptive motion trainer, and allows the user to easily transition from a short stride similar to a stairstepper, to a mid stride (walk), and a longer stride (run). I suggest using maybe a guest pass at the closer gym and trying the AMT yourself. You just might like it enough to save some gas and welcome a new piece of equipment into your routine!
