There are tons of threads about complimenting the person above, rating them, or telling them your crushing on them. It seems often easier to see beauty in others than in ourselves. So lets play a tougher game. Give yourself a couple compliments. Remind yourself why you're worth the effort and time to transform your body and life. They can be physical, emotional or intellectual attributes.

1. I have beautiful eyes.
2. I'm a very supportive friend, wife and mother.

    1. A great mother..Don't ask my kids though...lol
    2. A great personality
    3. A God gifted smile...I smile even when there is nothing to smile about.:smile:
